45-50 minute therapy session (In-person or virtual) - $150
In our initial session, we'll delve into your life. I’ll ask a little about your history, what brings you to therapy at this time, your strengths, goals, and concerns. I'll provide tailored recommendations for your therapy ensuring a personalized and effective path forward.
-
80 minute extended trauma processing session (In-person or virtual) - $225
Sometimes when processing trauma and engaging in lifespan integration, my primary trauma processing modality, i will make the recommendation that we engage in a longer therapy session for more time and more support. trauma sessions can at times be heavy, and i value taking extra time with clients who would benefit from an increased level of support.
-
Walk & Talk Therapy Session - $50-$150
I believe in experiential therapy approaches and the power of connection to nature to improve one’s mental health. Walk & talk therapy is a great way to engage with nature and I have found that sometimes breaking up the monotony of an in-office setting can really help clients open up. Bilateral stimulaton is engaged when walking and has been found to be a helpful regulating tool when healing from trauma. I offer $50 20-minute add ons to sessions or we can do your full session outdoors for the price of a normal therapy session.
This is weather depending.
